NEH and Vancis join forces to form TSH
NEH, the leading ICT outsourcing company for the Dutch Social Housing market, and Vancis, the leading ICT outsourcing company for the Dutch Education market, jointly announce to team up and form TSH. This combination will create the market leading ICT outsourcing company for the Dutch semi-public market with over €35Mio of revenues and 150 employees. Strikwerda Investments, a Dutch family office with a strong track-record in the ICT sector, will through its portfolio company TSH acquire a majority stake in NEH, the remaining shares will be held by the current shareholders of NEH whom will continue in their current role.
NEH and Vancis have a complementary services offering and culture with rigorous focus on customer satisfaction and deep rooted knowledge of customer processes in their focus markets. NEH and Vancis will continue to operate autonomously under TSH, while actively seeking areas of potential cooperation. TSH has a long term investment horizon and aims to continue the strong autonomous growth of NEH and Vancis as well as continuing its acquisitive growth agenda by adding other leading ICT outsourcing companies.
NEH, founded in 1997 and with its five founders still actively involved in the organisation, is a highly specialized ICT outsourcing company focused predominantly on the Social Housing and Healthcare sectors. Following its mission ‘we enjoy to unburden others’ the company provides office automation and Cloud solutions and serves as a “Single Point of Contact” for its customers. This continued commitment to customer satisfaction, IT security and knowledge of customer processes has resulted in the undisputed market leadership of NEH within the Social Housing ICT outsourcing segment.
According to Jan Pieter Cleveringa (co-founder and director of NEH): “Through the collaboration we will continue to expand our position, products and customer base. TSH, backed by SI, offers a solid financial & strategic fundament to realize our vision ‘a national platform for social housing corporations’. We feel confident this cooperation will create a ‘best of both world’ proposition, safeguarding our autonomy and culture while creating joint scale and investment power.”
Vancis was acquired by TSH in March 2016 and offers ICT outsourcing for Education, Research and Healthcare institutes. Since then, Vancis has realized above market growth due to the expedited roll-out of high value add managed services. Cees de Jong (CEO Vancis): “NEH is a highly respected industry partner with an impressive track-record in the semi-public ICT outsourcing market. We are excited to join forces and share knowledge & experiences to further improve our service offering and create additional opportunities for our employees.”
