TSH accelerates with acquisition of Microsoft MSP Constant IT
Constant IT, a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a focus on the Microsoft Cloud, will become part of TSH, one of the fastest growing MSP organizations in the Netherlands. Constant IT will remain as a leading name in its existing form, and thanks to the acquisition it will gain access to the knowledge and experience of TSH and the already affiliated TSH Brands. With Strikwerda Investments as a powerful shareholder of TSH, it will have a strong partner behind it that can support it in the next phase of growth and in realizing follow-up acquisitions. This will further accelerate the growth path for customers and employees. The acquisition of Constant IT is already the second acquisition by TSH in a month.
