TSH expands in healthcare sector with strategic interest in Crystal ICT
Crystal ICT, the ICT outsourcing specialist for the healthcare sector, will become part of TSH, one of the fastest growing MSP organizations in the Netherlands. This will give Crystal ICT access to the knowledge and economies of scale of TSH, and in particular those of Korton, which has long been part of TSH' healthcare vertical.
Successful ICT approach for healthcare
Crystal ICT has become a major Dutch player in the field of ICT outsourcing with a unique proposition towards clients, employees and administrators in healthcare. With over 65 employees, Crystal ICT has been providing professional and innovative (cloud) solutions for 21,000 employees and 50,000 clients in healthcare since 2008.
In collaboration with TSH and Korton, Crystal ICT will use its in-depth knowledge of the healthcare process in the healthcare vertical to further expand its current full-service ICT outsourcing services and strengthen the position of TSH’ healthcare vertical in healthcare. Crystal ICT will continue to operate independently, with its own brand, its own office in Rijswijk, its own board of directors, management team and employees. This is TSH’s investment philosophy, it believes in entrepreneurship of the companies themselves and the mutual sharing of best practices between companies to help realize a stronger proposition to their end customers.
